The carrier density for zero bias is compared in Fig. 10.3.
For the Wigner function we calculated the carrier density again
in the ``naive'' way (summation over all 's for a fixed ).

The main difference is in the carrier distribution inside the well.
It is much higher with the QTBM than with the WFM.
