The chapters of this thesis are related in the following manner. In
Chapter 2, we study the electric field, temperature and carrier concentration
dependence of the mobility. In Chapter 3, the effect of Fermi-Dirac statistics
on transport energy is discussed. In Chapter 4, a doping and trap concentration
dependent conductivity model is presented. In Chapter 5 and 6 we investigate
the charge injection model and space charge limited current in organic
light-emitting diodes. Device models are presented in Chapter 7.
