5.3.1 Electrical Characteristics

Figure 5.7 shows the electrical characteristics of the three-drain MAGFET with zero magnetic field. As in the room temperature analysis, the central current at Drain 2 is higher that in the lateral Drains 1 and 3. The bias is as follows: the drains are set to 1.0 V and the source and substrate are set to 0.0 V.
