E Defining new Configurations

  A new or private configuration can be created by the developer. To override the default one, the command line option configuration of VMake must be used. The file with the extension ``cfg'' must be accessible from within the path defined by the environment variable VLISPPATH so that it can be loaded by VMake to get the system information.
