Abstract |
The overall aim of the User Group UPPER+ is to derive common specifications of European semiconductor industry in the field of semiconductor equipment, process and, to a certain extent, also device simulation. Key point for UPPER+ is its industrial focus. The consolidated specifications to be worked out shall represent the requirements of leading European semiconductor industry. |
