Dominik Mayr received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from TU Wien in 2020 and is currently enrolled in the Master's programme in Microelectronics and Photonics. At the IµE, he is involved in the SiCMOS project, where, using simulations, he is investigating the reliability of oxides in SiC MOSFETs.
