Julius Piso received his Bachelor's degree in Technical Physics in 2020 and is currently enrolled in the Master's Programme Computational Science and Engineering at the TU Wien. At the IµE he is employed in the FFG project PASTE-DTCO, where he assists in the development of compact process models in the ViennaPS framework.
