Biography (as of 30-12-1999): Martin Rottinger was born in Wels, Austria, in 1968. He studied communications engineering at the Technische Universität Wien, where he received the degree of Diplomingenieur in 1994. He joined the Institute for Microelectronics in November 1994. His scientific interests include solid state device technology and device modeling. In autumn 1995 he held a visiting research position at Philips in Eindhoven, The Netherlands and in autumn 1997 at Digital Equipment Corporation, Hudson MA, USA. | ||||
