Call for Papers
The IW2 2017 will bring together researchers in all areas of science and engineering where Wigner functions are or could be applied. Topics of interest are (but not limited to):
- Computational or Numerical Challenges
- Nanoelectronics
- Nanostructures
- Quantum Circuits
- Quantum Information Processing
- Quantum Optics
- Quantum Physics
- Quantum Transport
Abstracts are limited to two pages (A4) following this template; single page abstracts will also be considered. The abstracts should be submitted to iw2@iue.tuwien.ac.at using "IW2 2017 Abstract Submission" in the subject field.
The abstracts will be peer reviewed by the organizers and the program committee and - if accepted, registered, and presented at the workshop - will be published (and hosted online on this website) in a Book of Abstracts.
Authors of accepted papers are requested to present their research via talks or posters. The type of presentation will be conveyed with the acceptance email.

Registration
There is a stand-alone registration option for the IW2 (when asked to select the attendee type, make sure to select "Workshop Only (IOP or SID member)") and a combination option for attending the IWCN as well as the IW2 (when asked to select the attendee type, select anything but "Workshop Only (IOP or SID member)"); use the "Click here to register online" button to register.
