Due to the fact that the simulation of ion implantation using the Monte-Carlo
method is a very time consuming task it is desirable to apply methods to speedup
the simulation without loosing accuracy. Three speedup methods are implemented
to achieve acceptable simulation times also for three-dimensional applications.
- Trajectory-Split method
- Trajectory-Reuse method
- Parallelization method
