We use the intrinsic dopant diffusion coefficients
(cf. Fig. 3.1-4) for the uncoupled diffusion model,
where the extrinsic dopant conditions are encountered by concentration
dependent diffusivities as given in Table 3.1-1.

diffusion model. This model results in retarded diffusion for both species
due to concentration dependent diffusivities.
Figure 4.3-2: The coupled dopant diffusion
model. The field coupling leads to a significant increase of the boron
concentration near the p-n junction.
