Multi-dimensional sets of data can be described using the
curve type. The curve type is the preferred data
format of MINIMOS-NT [5] for describing I/V-Data (see
Appendix C on page
for a detailed discussion). Nevertheless, the file format associated
with the curve type is very well suited for the
representation of multi-dimensional data in general, and can easily be
understood. Since elaborate models for processing of curve
data are available (curve-calculator-model, curve-to-file-model,
curve-to-vector-model), its application is highly encouraged.
