Electronics and Telecommunication, Physical Electronics and Computer Aided
Design of Electronic Circuits. Done research in Power Electronics Circuits
and Components, with special emphasis on power MOS devices and high frequency
converters. Developed switching power supplies for industry.

Engineering ``Nikola Tesla'', University of Belgrade.

- September 1987
- Work on the Thesis for the Magisterium at the
Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade approved by
the Scientific Commission.
- Februar - July 1988
- Research semester at the Institute for Electrical
Engineering and Electronics, Technical University Vienna; on leave from the
Institute for Power and Electronics. Done research in analytical and numerical
modeling of MOS devices.
- March 1989
- Defended the Thesis at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering,
University of Belgrade. Awarded the title: Magistar of Technical Sciences (Mr).
Thesis: MOS Transistor's Modeling Accounting for High-Field Effects in
the Channel.
- April 1989 until now
- Begin study for the doctoral degree at the
Technical University Vienna. Joined the Institute
for Microelectronics, Technical University Vienna.
Pursuing research in physical electronics and
analytical and numerical modeling of small MOS
devices.
- October 1989
- Awarded the title of Assistant at the Faculty of Technical
Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
- October - December 1990
- Held a Visiting Research Position at the
ASD Department at Digital Equipment Corporation, Hudson (MA).
