6.3 Formulation of the Boundary Conditions
The ODE system (6.34) has to be completed with appropriate BCs.
The number of required BCs depends on the rank of the ODE system that is in our
case
NODE since we have a first order ODE system.
The following considerations are valid for both boundary
points. We will first derive conditions for the upper boundary point at
z = 0 and then extend the results to the lower boundary point at z = h.
