The goal in this section is to assemble the Neumann boundary term (5.31). The assembly could be made in one step for the vector edge functions $\vec{N}^e_i$ and for the scalar functions $\lambda^e_i$ . However for the sake of clarity it is performed separately for the vector and for the scalar functions.
